Cookies and storage

Session cookie (necessary). We use a technical cookie to make the booking form work and for security (protection against forged requests). It is strictly necessary, so it does not require consent, and it expires at the end of the session.

Language cookie (necessary). If you choose another language, we keep that choice in a cookie for one year, only to show you the pages in that language.

Save details on this device (optional). If you turn on this option in the form, we keep your name, contact details and address in your browser (local storage), only to pre-fill future bookings. We only do this with your consent, the details stay only on your device and you can remove them at any time with the “Clear” option or in your browser settings.

Browser autofill. Some fields may be filled in by your browser from details it has already saved — this is a feature of your browser, not ours.

Personal data (GDPR)

When you book a consultation, we collect the details you enter (name, phone, email, patient details and, where applicable, address) in order to schedule and manage the appointment and to contact you. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps and provision of the requested service.

We keep your contact and appointment details for up to 5 years after the last interaction, unless legal obligations require a longer period (e.g. tax documents, 10 years), after which they are deleted or anonymised.
